I've noticed on the news that many people are getting stressed out due to the current economic crisis. I personally believe worrying is a waste of time, but I'm definitely concerned. It appears a lot of folks just don't know how to cope. To me, it's best to be hopeful and stay light-hearted.

I do agree with what you are say and also think that you should also put your worries aside and work to make things better for yourself. Then you don't have to worry

I try and avoid watching the news as it is mostly doom and gloom. There is nothing I can do personally to correct the situation so what is the sense of worrying about it.
It's so sad.. On the news yesterday ,I saw little kids who wrote to the President asking him to help their parent get a job
