One of the best ways of generating interested in your forum is to have a interesting Newsletter sent to existing members. I'm not talking about a Newsletter mod that sends out the currently status of the forum. I am talking about a Newsletter that contains some good information and tips that your members can use and is targeted to your forums content. This type of Newsletter will generate lots of interest. Send out your Newsletter weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The frequency of your Newsletter really depends on your ability to create the Newsletter.
So is there a program that can create one that looks as good as it can be. I have loads of content for both of my businesses but I never seem to get the style just right.
How do you temper how much to put in it?
ALso I tried TOPICA for my newsletter distributor and it got snagged and then they used it for SPAM. I Am afarad to use one of those, or do I not use one of those?

I mainly use the forums mass email system. It really doesn't have much style to it.

Oh.. I had no idea that you could do that. All of the forums I am members of the owners create a seperate newsletter and post it as a
"newsletter". I see now.. I dont have to create that much content, just pretty much reiterate whast been discussed and expand a bit on that?
